Application of Action-oriented Pedagogy in the Course Teaching of International Business Negotiation

In vocational education,Action-oriented Pedagogy is not only a key field in which advanced foreign experience can be explored,but also an important aspect of vocational teaching reform in China.Taking the tasks and countermeasures of vocational college teachers as a penetration point,and based on certain chapters of the course of International Business Negotiation(IBN),this paper analyzes the teaching reform of this course in Guangdong Textile Polytechnic.Meanwhile,it explains the implementation and attempts of action-oriented pedagogy in classroom teaching,illustrates its related theoretical basis,connotation as well as application in IBN course teaching,and finally stresses what should be noted in practice.
