Участие факторов ангиогенеза в развитии наружного генитального эндометриоза

2007
65535 Endometriosis is a pelvic pathological process, when endometriotic lesions require neovascularisation to establish, proliferate and invide inside the peritoneal cavity. We analyzed the role of main angiogenic factors VEGF and bFGF in peritoneal fluid and culture of red endometrial lesions of women with different stages of endometriosis. We have used the immunohistochemical staining of VEGF and bFGF in red endometriotic lesions. We have demonstrated elevated levels of VEGF in a peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis, but we don't detected bFGF. We found that concentration of VEGF and bFGF in culture of endometriotic lesions was elevated and the VEGF levels were higher than FGF. The immunohistochemical analysis was detected available angiogenic factors in endometriotic lesions. In addition we speculate that FGF play role in the pathophysiology of endometriosis only on the local level, and VEGF play system role in progress of disease.
