System for collecting high-concentration tritium by adopting vapor phase catalysis mode

2014
The utility model discloses a system for collecting high-concentration tritium by adopting a vapor phase catalysis mode, and the system is used for solving the problems of tedious process, high energy consumption and incapability of effectively collecting tritium in a device for removing tritium from tritium-containing water. The system comprises a hydrogen isotope separation system, a gas dryer, a first liquidation system, a water vapor heating device, a catalytic reaction section, a second liquidation system and a product water collection box which are connected in sequence from top to bottom, a vapor generator connected with the water vapor heating device, and a raw material water storage box connected with the vapor generator, wherein the catalytic reaction section is filled up with hydrophilic catalysts. The system is reasonable in structure, convenient to operate and high in tritium removal efficiency; tritium is transferred to hydrogen from tritium-containing water vapor in a backflow manner of the tritium-containing water and hydrogen, so that tritium can be removed from the tritium-containing water and the tritium-containing water can be purified; separated tritium is collected, so that high-concentration tritium can be enriched; the energy consumption, the cost are greatly reduced and the application value is very high.
