Accordingly, it is necessary to provide the tenants resident in the housing redevelopment project district with sufficient PR and education as to what the housing redevelopment project is. And it is necessary to notify them of the breakdown of residential migration payments stipulated by Seoul Government beforehand or provide them with PR and education. And it is necessary to provide them with sufficient PR and education as to what their legally safeguarded rights are. And it was found that most of the tenants thought of such problems as the deposit for lease and maintenance costs as the biggest source of trouble at the time of reoccupancy. Accordingly, government needs to offer them long-term low-interest loans. In addition, it was found that in all respects a considerable number of landowners and tenants had the opinion that they ought to reside together in the housing redevelopment project district after the completion of the redevelopment project. This implies that it is necessary to supply the rental apartments that tenants can occupy at the affordable rent. There is a need to study the problem of providing tenants with the preferential ownership of the general lot-solid apartments in the future.
