Perfil de la potencia muscular en la cadena anterior en futbolistas de la liga profesional colombiana medido mediante tecnología smartcoach

2020
Introduction. Soccer has evolved due to the increasing demands on a technical, physical, physiological, tactical and mental level that force the player to perform better. To exemplify, high performance players can travel up to 10 kilometers in game actions such as running, jumping, kicking, spinning, accelerating, decelerating, contextualized within tactical actions that involve offensive and defensive level movements in a specific game system implemented by the technical heads which implies that they must be prepared to face training and matches at the highest level of physical demand. Strength is the pillar of development of other physical qualities because it combines different morphological and neural factors such as muscular cross section, muscle architecture, recruitment of motor units with their synchronization and neuromuscular inhibition. Eccentric strength training is the starting point for developing specific performance skills because it has significant effects on reducing injuries and increasing physical abilities. Methodology. A quasi-non-randomized experimental study was conducted to assess the effect of a preventive training based on eccentric overload exercises and determining reference values for soccer players of the Colombian professional league in the previous muscular chain. The eccentric mean power measured by the SmartCoach system through the kBox Exxentric device was defined as measurement variables. Results. The t-test was performed for paired means in the excel software where the average for the 1 evaluation was 271.4 Watts and the 2 evaluation of 534.2 watts, a value of P = 0.000000014 was obtained which indicates That there was a significant difference. For archers the average value was 352watts, side fenders 374 watts, central fenders 475 watts, steering wheels 385 watts, ends 401 watts and front 418 watts. Conclusion. Preventive strength training and eccentric overload focused on the anterior muscle chain has significant effects on muscle strength in professional soccer players.
