We report 3 cases of bilateral adrenal hemorrhage associated with the antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). In one of primary APS adrenal insufficiency was the presenting feature. The antiphospholipid antibodies must be searched in « auto-immuneAddison's disease, and adrenal hemorrhage must be searched with CT-scan or MRI if hyponatremia and hyperkaliema occur durint the course of APS.
