Development of Prototype Crisis Relocation Plans and Planning Guidance.

Abstract : Background and rationale are presented for the preparation of prototype crisis relocation plans for a selected State, risk area, and host county and a five-part set of guidance for accomplishing crisis relocation planning, all published separately. Areas of insufficient knowledge are identified, primarily in the development of policy and in the basis for planning. (Author)
