ObjectivesDiabetes mellitus (DM) is prevalent with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Importantly, new-onset DM is characteristic of the disease and could be an early sign of PDAC. The clinical outcome of PDAC with new-onset DM may differ from that in patients without DM or long-standing DM.Me
