The invention discloses a fluorine plastic wire. The fluorine plastic wire comprises a conducting wire core and a fluorine plastic insulation layer, wherein the surface of the fluorine plastic insulation layer is a corona treatment layer. According to the fluorine plastic wire, the surface of the fluorine plastic insulation layer is the corona treatment layer, the surface structure of fluorine plastics after high-pressure corona treatment does not represent hydrophobicity any more, the surface structure of the fluorine plastics is improved, the surface of the fluorine plastics can be combined with other materials, and therefore the injection molding process can be carried out on the fluorine plastic wire. The invention further discloses a method for manufacturing the fluorine plastic wire.
