Insulating powder coating and preparation method thereof

2012
The invention relates to an insulating powder coating, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 30-35 parts of carboxyl-terminated polyester resin, 2-6 parts of tetramethoxy methyl glycoluril, 10-40 parts of calcium carbonate, and 0.1-1 part of potassium manganate. The powder coating is decomposed at the curing temperature of 190 DEG C to generate oxygen, so that micropores exist on a film; the micropores have a good respiratory action; and the micropores absorb vapor when the humidity is large, so that the surface is kept dry and the coating plays a moisture-proof role.
