2-D Neural Network Based on M-neurons and its Learning

A matrix neuron and algorithm for its weights tuning are conceived. This neuron processes matrix input directly without its transformation to vector form. Neural networks based on it allow decreasing the number of tunable weights that increases the speed of information processing.
