Touch panel structure with double touch modes as well as method and apparatus for processing signal

The invention relates to a dual-touch-mode touch panel structure installed on a screen of a mobile communication device and a signal processing method and a device thereof, wherein, the touch panel structure comprises a carrier, a first touch panel and a second touch panel; the carrier is made of a piece of transparent glass or plastic; the first touch panel is configured on one side surface of the carrier; the second touch panel is configured on the other side surface of the carrier; a flexible conductive cable is respectively and electrically connected on the first and the second touch panels, and the conductive cables are electrically connected with a main circuit board in the mobile communication device. When the first touch panel is judged to be started to output a signal of the first touch panel, a directory which is corresponding to the first touch panel is opened through an operating system and any image function in the directory is implemented. When the second touch panel is judged to be started to output the signal of the second touch panel, a directory which is corresponding to the second touch panel is opened through the operating system and any image function in the directory is implemented.
