The present work includes the formulation of a process model for the DB consultant as it lacks it. The company is mainly dedicated to providing a specialized service to companies in the metalworking sector, which is why it is necessary to identify and classify their processes, since it is separate, hidden in processes that it executes informally, without control and evaluation, which generates delay in the delivery of the work, since the company does not have a standard time, from the time the specification is entered until it is invoiced. According to the manager's information, the number of projects for 2018 was 33, of which 11 were completed on time and 22 projects were delayed. This indicates a considerable number of delays and is attributed to the lack of planning, decision making, materials, technology, machinery, supplements applicable to the tasks, standard times, professional personnel.
