Production process for super-soft printing adhesive

2014
The invention relates to a production process for a super-soft printing adhesive. The production process comprises the following steps: opening an emulsifying kettle; adding peregal, butyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, styrene, acyclic acid, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, acrylamide and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate; opening a reacting kettle; adding the peregal, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, kerosene and ammonium persulfate, and adding 200 kg of bottom water; turning on electric heating, when the temperature of the reacting kettle rises to 85 DEG C, turning off the electric heating, and starting to dropwise add a raw material which is emulsified in the emulsifying kettle; simultaneously, dropwise adding the prepared initiator, namely sodium persulfate, for about 2.5 hours; controlling the reacting temperature to be within 90 DEG C, and carrying heat preservation for 1.5 hours; and reducing the temperature to 60 DEG C, adding diluted ammonia, regulating the pH value of the solution to be 6.5, adding a fastness accelerant, adding water to adjust to the controlled quantity of 2 tons, stirring uniformly for 5 minutes, and discharging the material. The production process has the advantages of complete process and reasonable formula; by adopting the adhesive disclosed by the invention, the dry rub fastness and the wet rub fastness are remarkably improved; meanwhile, the cluster is high, the color yield is high, the contour is clear, and the printing quality is completely improved.
