Липидный спектр лимфоцитов крови больных ревматоидным артритом

Lipid spectrum of Tand B-lymphocyte were examined in patient with the rheumatoid arthritis during their NAID treatment. Established that changes in lipid structure are characteristic for manifestation (worsening) of the disease and account for defence mechanisms of lymfocyte membrane constituents against lipid degradation products result from the lypolysis and the lipid peroxidation. Those changes in lymphocyte lipid spectrum may become a factor restricts their functional possibility. Note that the positive dynamics of the examined indices is registered after treatment, but not those as in healthy donors.
