CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF ROOFING STRUCTURE OF STIFFNESS CONCRETE

The stiffness concrete structure is adopted for the stage roofing in the Opera House of the Na-tional Grand Theatre.According to such conditions:the heavy weight of the steel structure unit,high precision of installations,difficult positioning,dense reinforcement bars in beams,difficult bracing,difficult pouring for the concrete,etc.,the construction scheme is worked out.The steel structure is manufactured part by part by the factory.The primary beam of rolled steel shapes is positioned by setting the sliding platform,and the rele-vant technology measures are adopted in binding reinforcement of beam slabs,form bracing,concrete pouring,etc.,to ensure the construction smooth.
