Jakarta : Study Program of Economic Education,Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The purpose of this researchm is to know the influence of financial compensation and job stress on Job Satisfaction at employees of PT. Mics Steel Indonesia. This research was conducted for four months from April until July 2018. The method of research is survey with correlational approach. The population in this research were all employees at PT. Mics Steel Indonesia amounted to 120 employees. The technique sampling had been used proportional random sampling technique, so the sample in this research was 89 respondents. Based on the analysis requirements test, data has been normal and have a linear relationship. Based on the classic assumption test, the absence of multicollinearity for Tolerance value of financial compensation and job stress was 0,996 > 0,1, and VIF value of 1,004 0,05 and job stress 0,532 > 0,05. Than regression equation that Ŷ = 49,275 + 0,006 X1 - 0,105 X2. Based. on the hypothesis test was like F test and t test. First, based on the results of the F test with (Fcount > Ftable), that of 126,843 > 3,10. Second, based on the results of the t test with (tcount > ttable or -tcount 1,987 and job stress of – 3,136 < -1,987. Based on the coefficient determination test, financial compensation and job stress simultaneously influence on job satisfaction of 74,7% while the rest of 25,3% influence by the other factors not research. It is concluded that there are significant influence between financial compensation and job stress on job satisfaction at employees of PT.
