Method and apparatus for controlling effective working temperature of laser system

The invention discloses a method and an apparatus for controlling an effective working temperature of a laser system; the laser system mainly consists of a gas high-voltage discharging cavity which can generate a heat energy during a gas high-voltage discharging working process; the method comprises the following steps of: pre-heating the discharging cavity of the laser system in a process of starting the laser system until the discharging cavity reaches the effective working temperature; stopping heating when the discharging cavity of the laser system reaches the effective working temperature, starting an operation of the gas high-voltage discharging work of the discharging cavity, and cooling and dispersing heat corresponding to the heat which is generated from the high-voltage discharging operation of the discharging cavity to keep the effective working temperature of the discharging cavity. According to the method and the apparatus, measures on both heating and cooling are taken into a comprehensive utilization, pre-heating time of the laser system is effectively reduced, and energy consumption is reduced; and meanwhile, heat dissipation is effective and temperature-controlling precision is high, therefore, the effective operation of the laser system under a condition of the effective working temperature is guaranteed.
