Factory Production Technique for Culture of Saplings of Robinia psaudoacacia cv idah

The stems and buds of Robinia Psaudoacacia cv. idaho were used as explants and incubated on MS media with different hormone combinations to induce adventition buds. The daventition buds were transferred into several subcultural media for rapid propagation. The result showed MS + BA0.5 + NAA0.2 was beneficial to inducing adventition buds; The best subcultural medium was MS + BA1 + NAA(0.1～0.2).
