Multiple clear cell acanthomas treated by cryotherapy

SUMMARY Clear cell acanthoma is usually a solitary lesion. We report a patient with multiple lesions demonstrating the typical clinical and histological features of clear cell acanthoma, which responded well to treatment with liquid nitrogen.
