Cleaning solution for high-zinc copper alloy cold-rolled pipes

2015
The invention relates to a cleaning solution for high-zinc copper alloy cold-rolled pipes. The cleaning solution is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 8-22% of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium, 10-25% of stearyl dihydroxyethyl amine oxide, 8-25% of polyacrylic acid, 10-20% of sodiumdodecyl benzene sulfonate, 6-15% of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, 8-12% of cocoanut fatty acid diethanolamide, 5-15% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the balance of deionized water. The cleaning solution is wide in deoiling and decontamination range, separable from oil contamination and good in cleaning effect; the cleaning solution is capable of removing contaminants such as lubricating oil, metal machining fluid, grinding fluid and the like on the surface of copper and copper alloys; the cleaning solution is high in cleaning capability and high in speed; in addition, the cleaning solution is reusable and pollution-free and has anti-rust capability. The cleaning solution is capable of quickly removing the contaminants on the surface of the copper alloys without corrosion to the copper alloys, and therefore, the cleaned copper alloys are smooth and bright in surface; the cleaning efficacy is greater than 99%, and a remarkable effect is achieved.
