Composite bridge deck slab of gradient structure

2014
A composite bridge deck slab of a gradient structure comprises a concave type profiled steel sheet, common concrete and active powder concrete from bottom to top. A row of vertical long studs are fixed in the center of each groove of the concave type profiled steel sheet, multiple rows of vertical short studs are arranged on the protruding parts of the concave type profiled steel sheet, the upper ends of the long studs and the upper ends of the short studs are welded to transverse steel bars, longitudinal steel bars are arranged on the transverse steel bars in the perpendicular direction and located above the transverse steel bars, and the longitudinal steel bars are fixedly connected with the joints of the transverse steel bars, the long studs and the short studs. The common concrete wrapping the long studs inside is poured in the grooves of the concave type profiled steel sheet. The thin-layer active powder concrete covering the long studs, the short studs, the transverse steel bars and the longitudinal steel bars is poured on the concave faces and the part with the poured common concrete of the concave type profiled steel sheet. The composite bridge deck slab of the gradient structure has the advantages of being low in self weight, large in rigidity, high in bearing capacity, reasonable in system stress, convenient to manufacture and install, good in integrity and the like; the problems the an existing bridge deck slab is high in self weight, insufficient in rigidity, prone to fatigue and damage and the like can be effectively solved.
