There is provided a power generating system which is capable of NO a combustion chamber (6), which can oxidize a mixture of fuel (12) and compressed air to produce an expanded high-temperature exhaust gas; a gas turbine that uses the power of the high temperature gas; an exhaust gas recirculation flow (EGR) (16) back into the combustion chamber (6); downstream treats a three-way catalytic reactor (40) from the gas turbine exhaust, which the exhaust gas stream (37) to remove any NO a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) (9); an EGR compressor (1) and an electric generator (8).
