Method for processing dacron fabrics with high fastness to soaping and high sublimation fastness

2011
The invention provides a method for processing dacron fabrics with high fastness to soaping and high sublimation fastness, aiming at overcoming the shortcomings of low or unstable fastness to soaping and sublimation fastness and unstable three-proofings function and water washing resistance of dacron fabrics caused by unclean flooding on the surface of the fabrics cleaned by a reductive cleaner in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps of: performing reductive cleaning on the dyed fabrics; adding an alkaline reductive cleaner, which is composed of 1.5+/-0.5 g of caustic soda having the concentration of 30%, 1.0+/-0.5 g of thiourea dioxide, 1.0+/-0.5 g of ethylene oxide condensate and 1.0+/-0.5 g of alkyl sodium sulfonate, to each liter of water in a mass ratio of the reductive cleaner to the fabrics of (10-15): 1 on a dyeing machine, and performing reductive cleaning for 30+/-2 minutes at a temperature in the range of 100+/-5 DEG C; and after water washing, drying at a temperature in the range of 120 +/-5 DEG C. The dacron fabrics processed by the method provided by the invention have high fastness to soaping and high sublimation fastness, and also are good in process stability and stable in quality.
