LA TRANFERENCIA DEL CONOCIMIENTO: ALGUNOS APORTES EN LA ENSEÑANZA DEL DERECHO

En la actualidad es muy importante poner mayor enfasis en la transferencia del conocimiento, a partir del razonamiento juridico bajo las tesis principalistas del derecho, a fin de lograr que la ponderacion de mayor seguridad y certeza juridica. En la ensenanza del derecho el alumno debe comprender que algunas de las fisuras del derecho son consecuencia de un incorrecto razonamiento y de las propias confusiones en la utilizacion del lenguaje, de ahi la importancia de abordar las diferentes corrientes iusfilosoficas para comprender las esferas de la plenitud, la consistencia y la complementariedad del sistema juridico. ABSTRACT. At present, it is very important to place greater emphasis on the transfer of knowledge, based on legal reasoning under the principalist thesis of law, in order to achieve a greater security and legal certainty. In the teaching of law the student must understand that some of the fissures of the law are the result of incorrect reasoning and one's own confusions in the use of language, hence the importance of addressing the different iusophosophical currents to understand the spheres of fullness, the consistency and complementarity of the legal system.
