Mujer de 67 años con disnea y cuadro sincopal: Esofagitis severa complicada con una mediastinitis sobre Esófago de Barrett no conocido

We present the case of a 67-year-old woman with ulcerated esophagitis on an unknown long Barrett's esophagus with atypical radiological and clinical presentation in the form of mediastinitis with esophageal fistulization, syncopal symptoms and associated respiratory symptoms that were treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics and antacids evolving clinically favorable with resolution of the table that motivated his admission
