The invention discloses an AC luminous device and making method, which comprises the following parts: base, AC microcrystal grain luminous mode on the base with at least two microcrystals and conductive structure, wherein each microcrystal contains at least two layers of positive layer; the conductive layer connects each microcrystal electrically, which makes each positive layer of each microcrystal with AC positive-to-negative half-wave rotation illumination. The invention can illuminate evenly all the time, which minimizes the bulk of luminous device to produce better light-compositing and all-time luminating effect.
