Thymolipoma simulating cardiomegaly: Opacification of the tumor by cineangiocardiography

Abstract An asymptomatic 4-year-old white boy who presented with cardiomegaly was shown to have a thymolipoma, with opacification of the tumor mass by cineangiocardiography.
