Динамика давления и кровотока в яремных венах во время эмболизации артериовенозных мальформаций головного мозга

2006
Dynamics of a blood-groove and pressure in jugular veins on a background of intravascular embolizations of the brain arteriovenous malformations is investigated. At presence of normal respiration, pressure in ajugular vein in a prone position is a constant and is adjusted, in particular, by a lumen of ajugular vein. Compensation opportunities of jugular veins allow to cope easily even with such potent factor of an overload, as arteriovenous malformations. Fluctuations of pressure in jugular veins are more connected with extracranial factors such as changes of a respiration and ventilation regimen, than with volume of brain venous drainage. The primary venous drainage from AVM is carried out in an ipsilateral jugular vein only in 1/3 of observations.
