A super-resolution method used in the STXM image processing

A method of digital super-resolution image reconstruction technique is used in the STXM image processing.A high resolution image simulating with software based on low-resolution image sequences is achieved through sub-pixel displacement.Selection of low-resolution image frames and how to obtain the image sequences are investigated based on the STXM of SSRF.Test results show that the method is reasonable and available to obtain a high-resolution STXM image,improving spatial resolution of the image and enhancing the photon flux through the sample.
