Cholecystosonography in the evaluation of the gallbladder in pancreatitis.

: The gallbladder was studied in 21 consecutive patients with acute pancreatitis. Cholecystosonographic evaluations were superior to contrast roentgenography in terms of accuracy and speed of diagnosis and patient compliance.
