Спорные и нерешенные вопросы в диагностике и лечении острых кровотечений из верхних отделов пищеварительного тракта

Analysis of the diagnostics and therapeutic approach problem with the sharp hemorrhages from the upper parts of digestive tract, based on the treatment experience of 1768 patients, is presented. The most comlicated questions, issued with the estimation of the hemorrhages value, endoscopic monitoring, prediction of rebleeding, indications and timing, technologies of the endoscopic hemostasis, possibility of mininvasive methods of hemostasis application are specified. The methods of endoscopic diagnostics, their semiotics, estimation of the hemorrhages intensity and prediction of rebleeding, indications to the basic methods of the endoscopic hemostasis, it's advantages and risks are detailed. Significance of 20 prediction criterions of rebleeding are estimated.
