Device for improving molten steel calcium treatment effect

2012
The invention provides a technical scheme of a device for improving a molten steel calcium treatment effect. According to the scheme, the device comprises a support, wherein a line feeder and a driving motor are arranged on the support, and the driving motor is connected with a lifting member. The device is characterized in that a line is connected with one end of the line feeder, a steel-structure guide pipe is wrapped outside the line, an anti-scouring high temperature resistant material is poured outside the steel-structure guide pipe, the length of the steel-structure guide pipe is greater than that of the anti-scouring high temperature resistant material, a line carding guide pipe is sheathed inside the steel-structure guide pipe and outside the line, one end of the line carding guide pipe is connected with the line feeder, the other end of the line carding guide pipe extends to be below the height of the anti-scouring high temperature resistant material, a sliding block is fixed at one end of the steel-structure guide pipe, the sliding block is fixedly connected with a fixed line guide pipe, and the other end of the fixed line guide pipe is fixedly connected with the lifting member by virtue of the sliding block. The device can be used for remarkably improving the Ca yield in calcium lines, stabilizing the (Ca)Tot content in molten steel and reducing the secondary oxidation of the molten steel in line feeding.
