Недостаточность витамина d и коморбидные состояния у детей 7-16 лет: интеллектуальный анализ данных

The results of the analysis of the cohort of children and adolescents 7-16 years old from the central and northwestern regions of Russia (n=250) are presented. Levels 25(OH)D>30 ng/ml were observed no more than in 6% of participants. The diagnosis E55 «Vitamin D deficiency» was comorbid with diagnoses of bronchial asthma (P=0.003856), nasal congestion (P=0.003016), wheezing (P=0.000133), seasonal allergic rhinitis (P -10 ), obesity (P -10 ), as well as with an increased risk of ankle/foot injuries (P -10 ) and scoliosis (P -10 ). A age-dependent scheme for calculating the required dose of vitamin D is presented.
