Mitral Valve Regurgitation and Left Ventricular Dysfunction Treatment with an Intravalvular Spacer

Attempts at transcatheter treatment of mitral valve regurgitation have generally been modeled on proven surgical procedures such as leaflet repair, annuloplasty, or prosthetic valve implantation.
