Effect of PP333 and B9 on growth of test-tube plantlets in Isatis indigotica Fort.

Different concentrations of PP333 and B9 were tested in seed germination of Isatis indigotica Fort and growth of the test-tube plantlets to improve its test-tube plantlet quality and transplanting survival rate.The results showed that the tested concentrations of B9 could promote its seed germination except 20 mg/L concentration,B9 could delay growth of test-tube plantlets and B9 with 20 mg/L concentration could reduce height of test-tube plantlets and raise its rooting rate and root number.The test-tube plantlets were very susceptible to PP333.The growth of test-tube plantlets were strongly inhibited when PP333 concentration was below 2 mg/L and the high concentration of PP333(≥4 mg/L) could result in death of test-tube plantlets.
