Проблемы лечения ВИЧ-позитивных больных c генерализованным туберкулезом и поражением оболочек головного мозга

The presented work deals with observation of patients with dissemination tuberculosis and defeat of cerebral membranes for last 10 years, both AIDS-negative and AIDS-positive, description of tuberculosis course in the presented groups, the causes of disease development and death, results of HAART application. The highest death-rate was registered among the patients who were taking HAART, as compared to those who did not.
