Application of a flavanone compounds in the manufacture of a medicament treating diabetes

The present invention relates to the field of medical technology, is Bidens flavanone compounds or iso exclusive okanin okanin -7-O-β-D- glucoside use for preventing and treating diabetes. The present invention, by establishing α- amylase reaction system, exclusive of okanin or an okanin iso -7-O-β-D- glucoside compounds from a hypoglycemic activity in vitro experiments, the results show that they have significantly hypoglycemic activity, and therefore may be used for preventing and treating diabetes drug. The present invention provides a new source for finding prevention and treatment of diabetes drugs.
