The invention provides a standardized clinical data service support system and method. The system includes an authority management module, a template management module and a data service module; the authority management module is connected with the data service module; the template management module is connected with the data service module; the authority management module is used for receiving external requests and judgment authorities corresponding to the external requests; the template management module is used for storing templates wholly and in a sectional manner, completing insert, delete, update and select operation of template data; and the data service module is used for obtaining template data in two formats and format validation information through retrieving a template library according to the external requests so as to complete package update and storage of standardized documents.
