STIMULUS-INDUCIBLE I(κ)B KINASE [IKK] SIGNALSOME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method for treating NF-κB-related conditions. SOLUTION: A stimulus-inducible IKK signalsome, and components and variants thereof, are provided. The IKK signalsome or the components thereof may be used, for example, to identify antibodies and other modulating factors that inhibit or activate signal transmission via a NF-κB cascade.
