A high-power medium-frequency heating power source for reflowing in the tinning technique comprises an incoming switch, an outgoing switch, a phase-shift multi-winding rectifier transformer, a reduction transformer, a plurality of power units and a controller, wherein the controller is connected to the incoming switch, the outgoing switch, the phase-shift multi-winding rectifier transformer and the power units through control lines, each power unit comprises a diode three-phase full-wave rectifier bridge, a voltage stabilized capacitor and an IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transmitter) inverter bridge, the phase-shift multi-winding rectifier transformer is electrically connected to input sides of the power units, and output sides of the power units are connected serially and sequentially and connected to the reduction transformer. The high-power medium-frequency heating power source combines advantages of resistance heating and induction heating, has higher heating efficiency of the resistance heating, also is alternating current of a certain frequency, and solves the problems of wood grains and the like. Further, the phase-shift multi-winding rectifier transformer is used for power input, so that the high-power medium-frequency heating power source is higher in power factor, low in harmonic content and symmetrical in three-phase power supply, and has no evident problem of electricity quality.
