Method for measuring aldoketone compounds in tobacco

The invention discloses a method for measuring aldoketone compounds in tobacco. The method comprises the steps that supercritical fluid is used for extracting the aldoketone compounds in the tobacco, extract liquor is divided into multiple fractions with supercritical fluid chromatography, and each fraction is analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. According to the method, the compounds among the separated fractions do not overlap basically, and the problem that the peak capacity of the GC-MS is limited is solved. The result is satisfactory, the quantity of the separated aldoketone compounds is far larger than that of direct injection analysis, and a novel method is provided for measurement of the aldoketone compounds in the tobacco.
