Switchover-type chemical-looping hydrogen production plant and hydrogen production method

The invention discloses a switchover-type chemical-looping hydrogen production plant which comprises at least three chemical-looping reactors connected in parallel and at least two CaO reactors, wherein each chemical-looping reactor is provided with five inlets and five outlets; each CaO reactor is provided with one inlet and two outlets; and the inlets and outlets are respectively connected with different gas pipelines through valves. By using the plant, the reduction-oxidation circulation process of the oxygen carrier is utilized to implement hydrogen production; the reaction is divided into three reaction stages with identical time length; and the chemical-looping reactors are respectively controlled in different stages, thereby implementing circulating and continuous hydrogen production. The plant implements immobilized reaction of the oxygen carrier, avoids the abrasion due to the flow of the oxygen carrier in the reactor, and enhances the utilization ratio of the oxygen carrier. The plant is ingenious in design, implements continuous production, and enhances the utilization ratio of the reactors.
