A dual-end output optical parametric oscillation 1500nm/ 622nm dual-wavelength optical fiber laser. According to the dual-end output optical parametric oscillation 1500nm/ 622nm dual-wavelength optical fiber laser, a semiconductor module power source provides power for a semiconductor module; the semiconductor module power outputs 808nm-wavelength pumping light; the 808nm-wavelength pumping light enters a space between the inner cladding layer and the outer cladding layer of pumping-used dual-cladding layer Nd3+:YAG single crystal single crystal optical fibers through a coupler; Nd3+ ions of pumping single-mode fiber cores absorb energy, as a result, energy level transition occurs, and 1064nm photons are radiated; the photons are oscillated and amplified in a laser resonant cavity formed by optical fiber left/right output ends so as to form 1064nm laser; the 1064nm laser is outputted from the optical fiber left/right output ends respectively, and the right path of the 1064nm laser enters a space between the inner cladding layer and the outer cladding layer of right dual-cladding layer PPLN crystal single-crystal optical fiber through a right coupler II; optical parametric oscillation is performed on the 1064nm laser, such that 1500nm-infrared-light-wavelength signal light is formed; frequency summing is performed on the pumping light and the signal light, such that 622.5-summed-frequency-wavelength red light is formed; the left path of the laser is subjected to the same processing with that of the right path of the laser; and therefore, the dual-end output optical parametric oscillation 1500nm/ 622nm dual-wavelength fiber laser is formed.
