Les diasporas dans les conflits à l'épreuve des études sur la mondialisation

2012
Arguments linking conflicts and diasporas tend to identify a vicious circle in which community conflicts are fueled from abroad by each side’s diaspora, in a context where transnational activism is rendered easier by globalization. This article’s aim is to critically examine these arguments and how globalization studies envision the roles of transnational communities like diasporas in the analysis of conflicts, based on the example of the involvement of the Jewish Diaspora in the Israel/Palestine conflict.
