The invention relates to a technology for mining powder ore by inverse well rock drilling. The technology includes: dividing an ore body into stages, which is characterized in that at each stage, setting a drilling chamber on the upper level and lower level of each stage, disposing ore loading crossheadings horizontally on the lower levels, arranging powder ore gathering grooves between an ore body footwall and the ore loading crossheadings, and drawing ore belt boundary lines and dividing the ore body into ore belts, conducting guide hole operation in the upper level drilling chambers according to an odd number interval of the ore belts, using a rock drilling cutterhead to conduct abrasion on the ore body, flushing ore powder into the powder ore gathering grooves to perform precipitation under the action of water, conducting truck loading and transportation to the outside; and filling the mined ore belt goafs with waste rock, then injecting a liquid cementing material to form a filled solidified body, and then carrying out inverse well rock drilling on even number ore belts to mine ore powder, and repeating the process. The technology provided by the invention omits the coarse crushing, fine crushing and other processes of a dressing plant, and has the advantages of dust-free mining process, safe mining, simple process, no ground collapse, no blasting fume, green and environmental protection, etc.
