Three-Dimensional Cuprous Lead Bromide Framework with Highly Efficient and Stable Thermochromic Luminescence Property
2020
Herein, by using a structural design strategy of incorporating hetrometallic halide blocks, we prepared the first three-dimensional (3D) non-perovskite bimetallic halide of [H2DABCO]2Cu6PbBr12 with new topological network based on two types of 6-connected nodes. Remarkably, the framework display highly efficient thermochromic luminescence from broadband yellow light emission (photoluminescence quantum yield of 7.2%) at room temperature to green emission at 77 K with remarkable stability in extreme environment at least three years. This compound realizes the combination of 3D framework and broadband light emission in hybrid metal halide.
