Lightweight air-entrained aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to lightweight air-entrained aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight air-entrained aggregate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-35% of composite cementing material, 7-15.75% of water, 40-65% of natural medium sand, 5-15% of lightweight aggregate, 0.3-0.7% of water reducing agent and 0.01-0.35% of air entraining agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a composite cementing material, water, natural medium sand, a water reducing agent and an air entraining agent into an agitator for agitating to prepare mortar; and adding lightweight aggregate, and uniformly mixing lightweight aggregate and mortar. The lightweight air-entrained aggregate concrete has the beneficial effects of workability meeting different construction requirements, high air content, lightweight, favorable frost resistance, compressive strength meeting the LC7.5 strength grade requirement, simple, convenient and easily-controlled preparation method, high construction speed due to the adoption of mechanical construction and wide application range in the construction industry.
