PLANO DIRETOR DO MUNICÍPIO DE FRANCISCO BELTRÃO ANALISADO SOB A ÓTICA AMBIENTAL

The growth process has caused several changes in the nature which are consequently reflected in the population's quality of life. This study aimed to analyze the Master Plan of the city of Francisco Beltrao from the viewpoint of environmental planning, trying to list the fragility found and the potential comparing them with current legal standards. The existence of environmental parks, licensed landfill, selective collection of solid waste, support recycling, expansion of the sewer system, among other practices, evidence positive points regarding the above in the master plan as to environmental issue. However the occupation of urban space requires attention, in view of the large number of division into lots created in recent years some of which are being explored without much concern for the environment.
