The invention discloses a method of suppressing adjacent shot interference in the case of synchronous excitation acquisition. By adopting the noise suppressing technology in geophysical exploration data processing, seismic data are arranged in a common-shot offset trace gather recording mode, median vectors in a time-space window of the seismic data are calculated, distance sums between each seismic data trace in the time-space window and other seismic data traces are sequenced from small to large, L seismic traces with the largest distance sums are abandoned, the average value of central sampling point amplitude values of the remaining seismic data traces in the time-space window is calculated, the integral multiple of the average value serves as a threshold to filter the central sampling points of the time-space window, and after all sampling points are processed, adjacent shot interference in the case of synchronous excitation acquisition is suppressed. Compared with vector median filter, energy of the main shot can be better kept while the adjacent shot is suppressed, a higher computing efficiency is provided, mass data requirements can be met, robustness is good, and the method can be applied to various data.
